If you do not have a checking or savings account, but your tax preparer used River City Bank to process your tax refund, the website may indicate that your stimulus is being deposited at River City Bank. River City Bank is only facilitating the processing of the payment and is sending it to the bank we have on record. You may contact our Tax Division at 888-820-7848 to check the status of the payment and/or ask any questions you may have. Please be advised, they are receiving a high volume of calls at this time and you may get their voice mailbox. You may leave a voicemail and they will return your call as soon as possible.
