**IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS**

Effective March 26th, 2020: All River City Bank branch locations will be opening their lobbies, with the exception of Downtown. Downtown will remain drive-thru only until further notice.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOBBY ACCESS:

  • You must wear a mask at all times, no exceptions.
  • We may ask you to pull your mask down to verify your identity.
  • We may ask for an ID, please have one ready.
  • Please do not enter if you have the following symptoms:
    • Fever
    • Cough
    • sore throat
    • fatigue or shortness of breath
    • recently came in contact with someone that tested positive for COVID-19
  • Please social distance when in he lobby by using floor markers.

If you are unable to abide by any of the instructions, we ask that you please use our drive-thru, online/mobile banking or ATM.

Our ATMs are open 24 hours, taking deposits and dispensing cash. Our mobile banking app will also allow you to perform most of your business online such as transfers, mobile deposits, and bill pay.
