STATEMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change. At our
discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account.
We may change the interest rate on your account every quarter.

Interest is compounded quarterly and will be credited on the last
business day of each quarter. If you close your account before
interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest.

No minimum balance required to open the account. However,
there is a service charge each month if the actual balance drops
below $200. You may make one free withdrawal per month
without incurring additional fees. Each withdrawal over the
one allowed will be subject to a service charge.

Must maintain a minimum average balance of $200 to obtain
the disclosed annual percentage yield.

Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit
non-cash items (for example, checks).

We use the daily balance method to calculate interest on
your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to
the principal in the account each day.

Withdrawals by check, ACH debits, draft, debit cards, or
similar order made to third parties are prohibited.

A withdrawal at automated teller machines is prohibited.

The types of transfers or withdrawals allowed are those
made in person, by mail or messenger, automatic transfer
for the purpose of paying loans at River City Bank, transfers
to another account at River City Bank which are made in
person, and withdraws initiated by telephone and completed
by check mailed to you. Although these transactions are
allowed, you may make only one (1) withdrawal a month
without incurring additional fees. Each withdrawal over the
one allowed will be subject to a service charge.

The following transactions are allowed but are limited to six
(6) per month: telephone transfer requests made directly
to a bank employee or indirectly through a voice response
or PC banking system. Again, you are only allowed one (1)
withdrawal per month before additional fees are imposed.
Each withdrawal over the one allowed will be subject to a
service charge. If there is excessive abuse of the limited
transactions, River City Bank has the right to refuse the
transfer, convert to a non-interest bearing account or account
closure. Excess is defined as more than three abuses in
twelve months.

If the account is being held as a youth account, once the
individual turns 18 years of age, the monthly service charge
will no longer be waived if the balance in the account is
below the minimum required to avoid such a charge.

If the account is being held as a student account, is at any
time we become aware that the individual is no longer a
student, the monthly service charge will no longer be
waived if the balance in the account is below the minimum
requires to avoid such a charge.
