BASIC CHECKING

• You must deposit $100 to open the account.

• There is a monthly service charge regardless of the actual balance maintained.

• Regarding a student account, if at any time we become aware that the individual maintaining the account is no longer a student, the monthly service charge will no longer be waived if the balance in the account is below the minimum required to avoid such a charge.

• If your account is dormant, you will be charged the fee specified in the fee schedule of the account disclosures.  Dormant is defined as an account that has no credit or debit activity for a period of 180 days and the account balance is $200 or less.  You further agree that we are relieved of all responsibility if your account is escheated.
