REGULAR CHECKING

• You must deposit $100 to open the account.

• There is a monthly service charge, which is specific to your account
balance during the month.  Actual balances maintained at or above
$400 during the month will be charged a lower service charge than
those balances that fall below $400 during the month.

• If your account is dormant, you will be charged the fee specified in
the fee schedule of the account disclosures.  Dormant is defined as
an account that has had no credit or debit activity for a period of
180 days and the account balance is $200 or less.  You further agree
that we are relieved of all responsibility if your account balance is escheated.
