Business Account Disclosures and Monthly Service Charges
Business Checking includes any account opened for business purpose. This would include sole proprietorships. This does not include not-for-profit organizations, escrow accounts, security deposits, or money management (money market) accounts held by a business entity.
Monthly service charges will be assessed on accounts based on the type of business and on the number of items processed monthly. The monthly service charge will be determined at the bank’s discretion by volume of activity, including item counts for both credits and debits.
You must deposit $100 to open the account.
Free Business Checking
• Allowed 200 free items per month, with no monthly service charge.
Regular Business Checking
• Monthly service charge will be $.20 per item in excess of 200 items.
Money Service Business and Non-Bank Financial Institutions
• The bank may determine a monthly service charge up to $300 per month plus
• $.20 per item in excess of 200 items.
